Important Billing Information:
Billing for massage therapy requires a diagnosis code from a doctor, naturopath, chiropractor, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner. Don’t worry—we can help you obtain this!
Please Note: Medicare and Tricare do not cover massage therapy provided by a massage therapist, only by a physical therapist. For services not covered by insurance, we offer discounted rates and pay-at-time-of-service discounts—no contracts required.
