Janelle R. Wise, LMT

Janelle R. Wise, LMT, is a dedicated massage therapist who graduated from Everest College. Her passion for helping people made a career in massage therapy a natural choice. During her studies, Janelle developed a deep interest in treatment work, anatomy, and physiology. She loves massage therapy for its ability to enhance her understanding of the interconnectedness of the human body and looks forward to solving complex medical issues, providing comfort, and alleviating pain.

Janelle is a moderate to deep therapist, skillfully blending relaxation techniques into her sessions. Her scalp massages are also to “die for.” She employs a variety of methods, including Deep Tissue, Ashiatsu, Cupping, Gua Sha, and Neuromuscular Re-Education during her sessions. Additionally, Janelle has completed advanced courses in Pre, Peri, and Post Natal massage, enabling her to provide the safest and most effective care for clients at any stage of pregnancy.

Janelle’s journey into massage therapy was inspired by her own experience following a car accident, where a licensed massage therapist treated her whiplash and muscle damage from a rib subluxation. This experience ignited her passion for the field, and she is thrilled to be part of the team at Unlocking The Body, where she finds continuous encouragement to expand her knowledge and skills.

Janelle has been married to the love of her life, Dakota, since November 2017, and they welcomed their beautiful daughter, Gemma, in July 2023. An avid reader, Janelle enjoys both classic literature and modern fiction. She loves to travel and has explored various destinations including the West Coast of the U.S., Yellowstone, Hawaii, Peru, Ireland, Canada, and Iceland.
