Meet Hailey: Athlete-Turned-Healer with a Holistic Approach

Growing up as a competitive athlete in gymnastics, track, and pole vaulting, Hailey experienced a range of injuries, including concussions, fractures, and overuse injuries. Her athletic lifestyle exposed her to various forms of bodywork and rehab care. In 2016, a severe car accident left Hailey with a dysautonomia condition called Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), transforming her from a busy athlete to being on bed rest for almost a year. Determined to regain her health, Hailey explored non-traditional and holistic treatments such as biofeedback, craniosacral therapy, breathwork, and meditation. Her significant recovery from this life-altering illness inspired her to help others heal on their journeys.

Hailey attended the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy in 2019, graduating with a focus on Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Craniosacral Therapy. She also pursued continuing education in areas like PTSD-focused Craniosacral Therapy, Thai and Shiatsu massage, and yoga teacher training. Her dedication to expanding her expertise led her to further studies in cupping therapy, structural release, guasha, aromatherapy, and somato-emotional release (energy work).

Hailey’s practice centers on helping the body activate its natural healing abilities through a blend of gentle, non-invasive techniques, energy work, and hands-on massage. She addresses physical and emotional tension, assisting clients in identifying and releasing what no longer serves them. Whether dealing with emotional or physical restrictions, Hailey aims to help clients achieve relief and renewal.

In the coming year, Hailey plans to expand her education in Craniosacral therapy by taking intraoral classes, furthering her understanding of the nervous system, and deepening her knowledge of trauma. Her passion for learning drives her to continually seek new techniques to better assist and benefit her clients.

Outside of massage therapy, Hailey is a devoted mother to her sweet little girl, a dog, and two cats. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, watching her grow, and staying active through walks, play dates at the park, camping, water sports, and trying new activities with family.
