Ariana’s passion and determination landed her a spot on the UTB team in October 2023. Her dedication to helping others has led to a wealth of knowledge and training in a short period of time. When receiving a massage from Ariana, you may think she has been massaging for many years, however, she recently completed her massage training from Tacoma Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts.
Helping others with an alternative modality that was causatory focused and not simply treating symptoms is what led Ariana to a career in Massage Therapy. Transitioning into a career that was more fulfilling was at the forefront of her mind when searching for a new job path. Ariana says, “I like knowing that I can help someone feel better and decrease the pain they have in their daily lives. I enjoy the work I give to the world and hope to learn more ways to better my abilities to help heal others from touch.”
Ariana’s Massage style is a blend of Neuromuscular Re-Education, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release. Working with muscle memory and helping to reset and build new use pathways in the muscles is a specialty of Ariana’s. In addition to her natural knack of treatment work, she also enjoys providing Swedish and Relaxation massages. In the coming year Ariana plans to take more training in Lymphatic Massage, Intraoral Massage, and more Neuromuscular Re-Education techniques.
Outside of the clinic, Ariana enjoys rockhounding, gardening, drawing, and spending quality time with friends and family.
